<strong>professional chefs, freelance chefs, and personal chefs<\/strong> with all required certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must create a <strong>&#8220;brodetto or fish soup&#8221;<\/strong> recipe, which can be a creative take on a traditional dish or an entirely new interpretation. There are no restrictions on concept or execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competitors can <strong>register for free<\/strong> from 3 March 2025 (12:00 PM) to 13 April 2025 (11:59 PM) by submitting their recipe with a title, short description, ingredient list, and a photo of the completed dish.<br>A technical jury of experts, including <strong>gastronomes, chefs, and journalists<\/strong>, will select the top 8 contestants.
