Fano once again becomes Una Città da Gustare, an event dedicated to food and wine, the culture of hospitality and new technologies.
Five days of talks and experiences to discover the local area through its finest products: honey, cheese and wine, alongside restaurants, tourism, the web and artificial intelligence.
Producers, professionals, students, academics and experts come together in Fano to explore how the way we welcome visitors, communicate and showcase a destination is evolving.

From local produce to some of Italy’s finest food and wine traditions, from quality service to the latest developments in technology: the 10th edition of Una Città da Gustare brings tradition and innovation together.
A journey that begins with food but is ultimately about the local area and hospitality, bringing together those who produce, those who welcome visitors, those who study and those who tell Fano’s story every day.
Highlights include a journey from bees to honey, a meeting with producers dedicated to the world of cheese, the story of the forty years that marked the renaissance of Italian wine, and the first edition of the Hospitality Quality Award.
