San Pietro in Valle. Restorations and more

The age-old question of the definitive recovery of the Church of San Pietro in Valle in Fano is a delicate topic that has been discussed for some time.

To renew attention to the Baroque jewel of the Marche region, the Foundation, in agreement with the municipal administration, is planning a meeting open to the public to discuss and "brush up on" the artistic restoration interventions carried out a few years ago under the direction of the competent Superintendence. It will be Maria Rosaria Valazzi, then an official and then Superintendent in Urbino, who will present the work carried out on stuccos, decorations, chapels, etc.

The evening will have Luciano Filippo Bracci as moderator, always active on the artistic themes of the city.

Appointment therefore for Thursday 11 May at 5.30 pm in the Sala di rappresentanza della Fondazione.

For the occasion, the Saletta Nolfi will be open to visitors overlooking the interior of the Church on the following days:
11 and 12 May: 17.00-20.00
13 May: 10.30-12.30 / 21.00 – 24.00 (Night of the Museums)
14 May: 10.30-12.30 / 17.00-20.00
